Born on January 23, 1985, Mindaugas Lipskas started his career at the age of 18 by publishing computer software and World Wide Web based news, detailed reviews, and informative "how to" articles on Kompiuterija-PC World magazine (a local version of the world's most popular IT magazine PC World, also published under names such as PC Advisor and PC Welt in some countries). He quickly became a professional writer, earning his livelihood writing for himself and others.

At the age of 19, he dropped out of university and started to work with computer software-related blogs and directories to earn extra money to live his dream of running a successful business online. Finally, at the age of 20, he established a small webhosting company mainly to host his own projects, but it was just the beginning.
